Summary

Legal reflection as a component of self-regulation in the professional training of lawyers requires a delimitation of the concepts of “legal reflection of a lawyer” and “professional reflection of a lawyer”, since legal reflection can be every day and professional, and the lawyer has both professional and everyday legal reflection.

Legal reflection as a component of self-regulation in the training of lawyers in the behavioral component of legal consciousness manifests itself both in intellectual and personal aspects, since the legal behavior of a person implies an understanding of the existing situation, the determination of the lawfulness and wrongfulness of a future act, and the formation of readiness for a legal act.
