Open Access Policy
In order to comply with the requirements of the Directorate-General for Research, Science and Innovation of the European Union on the establishment an open access to all studies in Europe financed by the state budget till 2020, and to implement the recommendations of the Decree of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine No. 3175-IV dated 1.12.2005 . “On Recommendations of the parliamentary hearings on the issue of information society development in Ukraine”, in which open access has been identified as one of the priorities of information society development in Ukraine and which provides for “providing open, free Internet access to the resources created at the expense of the state budget of Ukraine”, the editorial board of the scientific journal “Criminal and Executive System: Yesterday. Today. Tomorrow” announces adherence to the open access policy (“Open Access”) to the published material, recognizing the priority principles of free distribution of scientific information and the exchange of knowledge in favor of global social progress.

Tomorrow” (their constituent parts or metadata) are placed in an open access on the Internet at the website of the Academy of the State Penitentiary Service (www.http://academysps.edu.ua/), at Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine, the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and in the National Repository of Academic Texts.
