Summary:

The article addresses to the comparative legal analysis of the activities organization of special anti-corruption bodies of different countries of the world. The genesis of the development of the fight against corruption in foreign countries is considered in order to form and improve the already existing strategic direction of combating corruption of the Ukrainian state. It is emphasized that corruption currently is one of the global problems, which influences the further development of the Ukrainian state and improvement of the general standard of living in the country. The fight against corruption is a problematic topic not only for the Ukrainian state but also for other countries of the world, which have already reached certain heights in the level of development of anti-corruption policy and are ready to share their own experience in the fight against corruption.

The conclusions stated that in order to improve the full extent of Ukrainian legislation on the implementation of international experience, a number of measures should be implemented, and the main ones are: stabilization of the economic situation in the country; raising the standard of living of every citizen in the country; improving the system of social support and benefits; raising the level of legal culture and consciousness of every citizen; implementation of really effective reforms in the medical sphere; implementation of real reforms in the field of education based on academic integrity; reducing unemployment and raising wages; continuous improvement of national legislation in accordance with major European standards.

Considering the experience of the leading European countries in which the lowest degree of corruption is involved, the conclusions are made about the effectiveness of the foreign normative-legal framework  for combating corruption and the effectiveness of the mechanisms to overcome this negative phenomenon. It is noted that the anti-corruption legislation of Ukraine requires continuous improvement, when success can be guaranteed by the introduction of European practice in this area of legal relations.
